APPLICATION DETAILS
To apply for the above the waist course, download the Application Form Click Here (pdf file) to your desktop. Complete and return by post. Or Here (pdf file) for the Genital Piercing Course.
All course fees are to be paid in Sterling pounds. Half of the course fee needs to be sent with the application form as a deposit and the balance paid one month before the start of the course. If starting within one month then the full fee needs to be sent with the application form.
If you are unemployed and on New Deal, you may be able to receive funding, providing you fulfil certain criteria. Speak to your Job Centre.
